Objective: Participants will be able to produce 'court ready' clinical notes, navigate complex consent issues with families and maintain a professional portfolio that meets N&MC Revalidation standards.

  • Ghanaian Health Law & The Patient’s Charter.

  • Defensive Clinical Documentation & Informed Consent.

​

  • Ethics & Professionalism under the 2026 N&MC Code.

​

  • Revalidation Component: Completion of Gibbs Reflective Practice Account and Portfolio building.

Format: Hybrid (In-person and Online).

  • Duration: 8 hours (1-day) OR 4 hours (2-Day spread workshop

2. The Sovereign Nurse Program.
( Master Your Practice. Own Your Future).


This training program is designed to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and business ownership.

 
Objective: To equip nurses with the entrepreneurial tools, legal knowledge, and operational frameworks needed to launch a private nursing practice, empowering nurses to transition from transitional roles into independent healthcare entrepreneurs.

Programs 

  • Sovereign Core Track: Geriatric Home Care (Core Track): Focuses on long-term management of elderly patients and NCDs.

 

  • Sovereign Elite Track:  Post-Surgical Recovery (Premium Track): Focuses on acute post-op care, wound management, and surgeon-partnering.

Program Architecture

  • Duration: 8-Week intensive course.

​

  • Instructional Hours: 96 total hours (Theory, Clinical, and Fieldwork).

​​

  • Format: Online. In-person workshops and Field assignment.

​​

  • ​Accelerated Option (4-Week Boot Camp) for nurses with prior private sector experience. 

​​

  • Requirements: Valid NMC PIN. 2 years post rotation experience

 

  • Class size : 15 participants.

 

  • Certificate of Completion.
