Using SDGs to Promote Youth Mental Health

The World Health Organization (WHO) identifies adolescent health as key to achieving sustainable development goals(SDGs), which was developed by the UN to build a better world for all. Therefore, Sima Health Consultancy includes SDG goal # 3 (Good health and well-being) and goal # 10 (Reduced inequalities) in their services to promote youth mental health. Sima Health Consultancy through knowledge on mental disorders, illness prevention, health maintenance skills, and facilitating easier access to early treatment, is fighting back against mental illness in our young people.

One definitive measure that Sima Health Consultancy has taken to promote youth mental health is to collaborate with other agencies in addressing concerns in urban, underserved, and remote communities. Health services, including mental health promotion are inadequate in these locations, depriving many young people the mental health services they need and deserve.

For more information about the services offered by Sima Health Consultancy, or collaboration, contact Sima Health Consultancy and take the first steps toward promoting mental health for our youth. Thank you for visiting Sima Health Consultancy, and for caring enough to take an interest in the well-being of our youth.
