Our Mission is to:

• Provide information on youth mental disorders, substance use, illness and suicide prevention.​

• Provide information and teach skills that promote and maintain mental health and well-being.

• Provide information on available community resources and how to get help.

• Teach skills that build resilience to help youth cope in difficult situations and adversity.

• Increase parental knowledge and capacity with respect to youth mental disorders and suicide prevention.

• Provide information and assist youth and family to navigate the health care system to improve access and early treatment.
